The Port of Portland's Office of Contracts and Procurement and the Small Business Development Program invite you to register as a potential Port of Portland supplier. Find out about current and future bid or proposal opportunities, and learn more about the Port's Small Business Development Program.
Supplier Registration When you register as a potential supplier, you become eligible to receive automatic e-mail notifications of business opportunities that match your company's capabilities. E-mail notices will be sent as soon as an opportunity is posted to the Port's Web site. You can then review the opportunity and, in most cases, immediately download the solicitation document. To begin, please click on the menu link at right to view the "Registration Requirements." After reviewing the registration requirements, click on "Begin Registration Process." Once you complete the registration process you will be able to view our "Active Bids and Proposals" by clicking on the link listed under Business Opportunities at left.
Active Bids and Proposals After you have completed the online supplier registration process, a summary of current business opportunities may be viewed online. If an opportunity interests you, please download the appropriate documents or request that we mail them to you.
Small Business Development Program The Port of Portland recognizes a shared responsibility with small businesses, large businesses, public agencies and community organizations to take actions that will result in small businesses successfully competing for Port business opportunities. The Small Business Development Program is an organization-wide initiative to increase small-business participation in Port business opportunities, and to contribute to the ongoing development of small businesses within our region.
If you have questions about this program, please e-mail the Contracts and Procurement Department or call 503.944.7599 or 800.547.8411.
