Conference Center rooms lie within easy walking distance of all airline gates. A full range of audio/visual equipment and food services are available.
Located on the main terminal's mezzanine level above Clocktower Plaza, the Conference Center is easily accessible from all gates. On-site staff are available to assist during weekday business hours, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.

Hours of operation
PDX Conference Center hours are 8 a.m. to 5p.m., Monday through Friday.
Room rates
Daily rates are effective for any booking over five (5) hours, between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5p.m. Following nine (9) hours of usage, an additional hourly rate will be charged.
Cancellations
The day rate will be charged for room reservations cancelled with less than two (2) business days (48 hours) notice. 100 percent of the catering cost will be charged for cancellations with less than two (2) business days (48 hours) notice.
Minimum charge
A minimum charge of one (1) hour will be applied to all room rentals.
No shows
The day rate will be charged for all no shows.
Room reconfiguration fee
A charge of $75 will be applied for specially requested room setups.
Service fee
All food and beverage is subject to an 18 percent service fee.
Use of the lounge
If either the Tillamook or Multnomah Rooms are reserved, the lounge may also be reserved for use. The hourly rate is $35.
Break-out space
If space is required for use as break-out space, the hourly and daily rates will be charged for usage of this reserved space.
