Sergeant Diane Stockbridge, of the Port of Portland Police department, will cover methods to help de-escalate a person in crisis. Michelle Arrowsmith from the Port of Portland Communications Center will also give a brief overview of what information to gather and communicate to dispatchers when calling in an incident. This training is intended for Port of Portland employees and PDX airport employees (tenants, concessions, airlines, services, etc.)
